Signature Smile

Signature Smile Family Dentistry is a Key West style commercial building located on Barnes Blvd in Rockledge, Florida. The building is new construction and provides 3 tenant spaces for medical use. The client wanted a Key West styled building with a residential feel that would be welcoming to their patients. The client’s desire for their patient’s experience while receiving treatment was a key design influence. A latticed wall on the exterior, that through time will have jasmine growing up it, was placed in front of each window, centered on the operatory chairs. This brought nature, light and privacy to the patients. In addition, the client wanted the other tenants to have their own identity as a space. Through the use of different colors, architectural features and trim used for each tenant, the building is reminiscent of a Key West village.
